Three investigations of Garpan in the TOP 7 of UFOs in Canada

For twenty-fifth year, the Canadian UFO Review UFOs compiled statistics Canada, bringing about 1180 case. For the second consecutive year, GARPAN the UFO is the only group from Quebec to transmit a complete statistical review, with sixty-five (65) event notification or investigation:

Le Garpan a remis 54 cas in 2012 and 65 cas in 2013.
The Canadian UFO Review also establishes the list of the best UFO observations of our great country, taking into account the index of’Strangeness, of Probability and Reliability Report. Once again, the GARPAN be found in this list, but this year with three investigations in this TOP 7 des OVNIS 2013 au Canada !

IN THE TOP 7 :
I. "Gateway dimensional" lets out a luminous ball
4 more 2013, Saint-Jérôme (Laurentides)
The 4 more 2013, a man in his forties is insomnia, what would happen to him ever. To 2:45, it comes out on the balcony for entertaining with his telescope. Suddenly, something really extraordinary happens to him : it will take him a week just to overcome Event, but it remains marked for months. The case investigation was also investigated by the team Studies center on UFOs Jean Casault, and I would say well investigated by himself and his collaborators (see article). However, was the fact that section of M. Casault begins in obviously trying to present the work in an unfavorable light GARPAN, few remarks are in order, although this displeases me much, because it involved the joint request of the witness.
The article begins with an email M.Casault (*see footnote article) written by the latter in which she mentions that GARPAN seems to have taken the testimony of her husband in an "ordinary"… Obviously, this statement is explained by the fact that the witnesses did not know that :
1. We already talked about this witness to the UFO-SHOW, the 5 February 2014 ;
2. that this case was in our investigation Annual Review 2013 (cas No.48) ;
3. important observation was that in our TOP 12 of 2013 ;
4. finally, we had prepared a very good video of d'investigation 15 minutes, but it just was not finished yet…
In view of these facts, it seems clear that M. Casault and his team were not aware of all the work we had done on this important case investigation… However, we can conclude that these circumstances have served to increase the likelihood of the event and the credibility of investigations of this UFO case since the two teams have treated independently. We can even add that it allows to compare how the CEO and GARPAN work and operate, and what distinguishes.
Our excellent video d'enquête was finally published 8 March 2014. However, I regret to have to assume during the interview that it was a "vessel", and not simply telling UFO, because the witness used during the testimony of the word "vessel" that does not fit his indescribable observation : He calls this "huge white stuff"… It is also one of the merit of M. Casault have highlighted the non-vehicularity this UFO. This is also why I try to make adjustments at the end of my video d'enquête adding the indirect testimony of the spouse of the witness who relates his words carefully : "It is as if what I saw was in 1D (en une dimension) » :
II. A bright red ball flying over the trees then rises vertically
13 July 2013, Notre Dame de l'Ile Perrot (Montérégie)
Two men, passionate meditation, had discussed the whole evening subjects that fascinate, namely Hindu mythology, religious traditions of India and the advanced civilizations of antiquity. Suddenly, around 21:00, one of them noticed a bright red ball above the treetops at least 150 yards away. During the following two minutes, they said no word, observing this singular phenomenon that moved quietly to the horizontal, on 1,5-2 km. After this distance, UFO began to ascend the vertical, then disappears.
One of the witnesses to see, at a certain time, the luminous ball’ appeared to be a mechanism of the screen which was in the,inside, and presenting angular protrusions:
III. A "convoy of UFOs" in Saint-Georges-de-Beauce ?, 23 February 2013, 21h00
SEVENTH POSITION, our beautiful investigating UFOs Saint-George-de-Beauce, in the Chaudière-Appalaches region, to 30 km of the U.S. border. Although the event took place during a snowy evening, the presence of two (2) witnesses can be heard reacting ‘live’ the video they shot — and the two (2) photographs they have taken — greatly increases the likelihood of "non-conventional devices," flew their neighborhood to 21:00 23 February 2013.
The video d'enquête is successful in the sense that the investigative work that underlies our intervention witnesses is highlighted. Not only the two stories are collected, amalgamated visuals that characterize our investigation (photos, analyzes videos, geo-spatial reconstruction on Google map), but there is also a video of the witness, day tour, which explains how the event happened and what exactly is the setting that we see in the night video. Finally, we show that some of the lights Video — taken on the spot for suspicious lights’ are only streetlights area. Nevertheless, this does not diminish previously abnormal lights circulated, without his, above their neighborhood :
* Footnote article : M. Casault mentions having received this email the 21 January 2014, which would surprise me greatly, because three days ago, the 18 January 2014, I asked the witness with diligence and professionalism during a half-hour, Moreover, as we hear in our video d'enquête.
