Commission of Inquiry into the operations of UFOs in Quebec ?

In January, the GARPAN launched the project of a Commission of Inquiry into the operations of UFOs in Quebec (1915-2015) which was to "gather employees to produce the first rigorous retrospective on UFOs in Quebec, to officially hand over to the Quebec government and the media as a public report. This approach is based on the only attempt of its kind produced in the Francophonie, in 1999 to the French State, the COMETA Report ».

After rallying more "international observers" of France, Belgium, Italy and Canada, and some artisans of the Quebec ufology, we SUSPENDED this important project Commission. The reason is that such an undertaking can not succeed without the cooperation of the majority of researchers and investigators who have marked Québec ufology. Or, most of our colleagues chose not to support, for the moment, This ambitious approach.

The suspension of the project has simply shifted the further course of our work that will be recycled in the form of studies and books published in GARPAN editions. Two of them :

Recommendation

The Project Commission & rsquo; investigation which wanted official will nevertheless served exercise diplomacy and methodology. The work up & rsquo; to now for this Commission, and what we have learned along the way, have nevertheless led us to a MAJOR RECOMMENDATION :

Create ASSOCIATION LEGAL Quebec with a mandate only to preserve the UFO archives of Quebec and offer a place accessible to members and the public, in the image of the & rsquo; association Backup and conservation studies and UFO archives (SEAL) en France.

We will soon publish an article that will process and will clarify in detail this vital recommendation.
