Benoît Best, a businessman respected Saint-Adolphe-D'Howard said strange devices witness flying its west side is every evening between 18h and 20h. Objects no sound and are equipped with flashing white and red lights. Sometimes the camera seems to literally turn into a big white light and then disappear and return in its original form.
Not to be discredited Mr Best has decided to call Daniel Deslauriers, a reporter from TheInformation North to demonstrate this to someone who can corroborate his statements. The witness insisted that the reporter see his eye phenomenon before writing an article about. The 8 January Mr Deslauriers present in Benedict Best evening but bad luck the sky is overcast and it must give the observation 9 January. The second day was good, since many devices have been sighted, these objects circulating in two different lanes and at intervals of thirty seconds to a minute and was followed to the amazement of journalist. The two witnesses were able to count about ten similar objects in space 45 minutes. A gear that was at a lower altitude appeared to be triangular saw lights available on its contour.
The remains of Mr Best is located on Montée des Artisans in Saint-Adolphe-D'Howard, This area is quiet and very little traffic. No street light is close to home, what makes this place an excellent site for observing phenomena from the night sky.
It should be noted that Mr Best contacted NORAD and the Sûreté du Québec unsuccessfully. The police even asked if "it was fine", which increased the anger of witness.
Strangely, Best Benedict has admitted during a radio interview with Paul Houde his entourage witnessed such phenomena there 20 years. Poses the question whether, is that this phenomenon can be explained? We may have the answer shortly!

Jean Casault, Ufologist known Quebec went to the show Hi Hello the 16 January and his speech lamented the lack of hard evidence of the witnesses as the phenomenon occurs every day, according to him could have been used better technology (caméra HD, more sophisticated camera) in order to know what we are dealing. He also admitted that some drones produced brightness as the phenomenon but that darkness has no advantage in using these unmanned aircraft, and especially regular flights every night would be amazing. Yet Mr Casault could not make a comment on the nature of the objects because it has not met with witnesses. Page Christian also gave his comments on the matter to 98,5 the issuance of Paul Arcand, he said we should look more to devices built by humans since the phenomenon occurs every night, which according to him, indicates a behavior that seems to have a rather strange human nature.
