UFO in St-Adolphe-d’Howard, on the 16 January 2014 : four witnesses
In early January, a UFO story made headlines in Quebec, especially since it was taken over by a major newspaper, the Montreal newspaper, en date du 15 January 2014, six days after that’a journalist Regional has himself observed the phenomenon in the company of Mr. Best, the witness who claimed regularly seen UFOs in the vicinity…
However, this UFO case not so much démarquait other that we may receive during the year strangeness whose indices and probability may be higher. En effet, What happened with the UFO case of St-Adolphe d'Howard ? Several UFO groups and commentators are concerned, but it seems that only a rumor and doubt remained… It must be remembered that at the height of the "St-Adolphe-mania", a hundred people gathered in the evening, the times indicated by Mr. Best, with the hope, also, un OVNI…
Exactly, one evening, the 16 January 2014, Full moon night, shortly before the crowds arrive, four (4) witnesses observed what appears beyond doubt as a UFO :
– unknown form : "Six or seven balls of light" or "windows" with a total dimension of 35 to 60 feet (10-15 m) ;
– speed and course characteristics : initially rapid, then slower ; it moved to the treetops ;
– no sound : and that, malgré the distance, 500-800 meter ;
– impressive appearance : witnesses were surprised that it was as bright Despite the clarity of the twilight sky.
The technician Ian LÉVEILLÉ investigator went to the scene two weeks later to meet three of the four witnesses. Here is our video d'enquête where you can enjoy the view and explicit testimony thereof :
Once again, the GARPAN demonstrates professionalism by offering the public the results of its work. Recall that we have treated and / or investigated sixty-five (65) cas OVNIs en 2013, and that GARPAN the UFO is the only group of Quebec have submitted an annual report and statistics Canadian UFO Review, the official who has been dealing 1989 UFO compile statistics in Canada :
Left : records 2013. Right : case files received from 1 January 2014…
We can not complain because, with this case of St-Adolphe d'Howard and of the St-Zenon — January 2014 also — we are left with the responsibility to treat two of the UFO case of Quebec's most anticipated by the Quebec public in this year 2014. Or, Here the problem : although GARPAN has shown that we are the most rigorous and efficient UFO group in Quebec, and that our work is also appreciated abroad (France, Belgium, USA), all the research we do voluntarily are any remunerated.
This is why we launched a fundraising to operate and offer our service to observation UFO witnesses. To harvest 3 000 $ by the 31 March, we offer our Annual Review 2013 (of 73 p.) only 4,99$. We also accept monetary donations and equipment : photo-video equipment, Printer, Geiger counter, metal detector, etc..
En date du 3 March, we collected 55 $ its 3 000 $ : which makes the evaluation of our work from the public and our colleagues in ufology, little grateful, considering :
– firstly, the quality and importance of our work ;
– and secondly, appreciation and expectations of the public in relation to UFO phenomena and the upcoming reality of "Disclosure"…
Tell me, why would a clerk 20 000 $ per year and a doctor 80 000 $ and ufologist less 3 000 $ ? After all, one , avec Jean Casault, we consider ufologists as the philosophers of the 20-21st centuries, they do not they are "doctors of civilization" ?…
