*** The organizers emphasize that this event does not seek to “promote beliefs”, but rather to contribute to a coherent and rational discourse on the psycho-sociological phenomena affecting witnesses, on the discursive dynamics of the social reception of their testimonies and on the most mysterious cases of UFOs which resist any satisfactory explanation and which represent real scientific anomalies. The recommended approaches are therefore ethnography, anthropology, history and other human and social sciences likely to make intelligible the testimonies of unusual observations and imaginal experiences.
