Depuis quelques années, le Garpan a rassemblé plusieurs cas de Triangles volants, de l’Abitibi à la Nouvelle-Écosse. Trois sur huit ont été aperçus dans la région métropolitaine ou à sa périphérie.

5. St-Rémi, 20 septembre 2010, 21h00 : Un homme dans la quarantaine retourne chez lui, vers 21h00, un soir d’automne pluvieux. En empruntant la route vers Val-Boisé, il repère au loin une lumière. En se rapprochant, il remarque que l,engin se dirige dans sa direction et se stationne dans le champs un peu en avant de lui. Il lâche la pédale et ralentit, déroule sa fenêtre : et contemple le grand triangle stationnaire au bord de la route :
6. Rouyn-Noranda, 1 juin 2010 : un pilote professionnel se repose dans sa cour-arrière. Il discerne alors des lumières en chevron qui lui apparaissent comme un véhicule triangulaire, et qui se distingue par sa proue aiguë. Selon son expérience en aéronautique, ce véhicule se déplaça d’une façon non-conventionnelle :

St-Henri (Chaudière-Appalaches), 26 juin 2009, 01h00 am : Un jeune homme observe, dans le corridor militaire reliant les États-Unis à la base de Valcartier (Québec), un triangle volant ressemblant beaucoup au B-2. Le hic, c’est que ce triangle était totalement silencieux, et que par conséquent, il semble qu’il s’agissait d’un engin humain utilisant une technologie non-conventionnelle.

9. Halifax, 13 septembre 1995, soir : Dans la banlieue d’Halifax, en Nouvelle-Écosse, un triangle s’est matérialisé devant deux témoins, est resté stationnaire à 800 m d’eux, puis a tranquillement glissé en intensifiant ses lumières aux trois pointes, avant de s’éloigner rapidement.
10. Lac Kénogami, hiver 1970′, 23h00 : Un père et son fils observèrent un grand triangle silencieux à la nuit de leur pêche sur le lac. En retournant vers la voiture, ils sont suivis par l’impressionnant triangle noir qui cache les étoiles et projette une grande ombre sur la neige :
