En trois ans, le GARPAN a produit et présenté gratuitement une quarantaine de vidéo-d’enquêtes, qui comptabilisent plus de 8 h 00 de témoignages et de matériel visuel et auditif. Ces vidéos-d’enquête sont sans doute ce qui particularise le plus les investigations et la méthodologie du GARPAN par rapport aux histoires d’OVNIs qui sont la plupart du temps condamnées à l’oubli… En laissant largement la place aux témoignages, qui sont rendus intelligibles par les croquis d’observation des témoins et des reconstitutions géo-spatiales des événements racontés, ces vidéos-d’enquête donnent une perspective plus large et une approche plus réaliste de ces témoignages d’ovnis qui se distinguent souvent par la multitude des détails de l’observation ou de l’événement.
