Le cas d’investigation que nous présentons ici concerne le passage à basse altitude d’un grand triangle noir vu à Saint-Romuald, dans la municipalité de Lévis, en juillet 2013. Ce « vaisseau » est d’abord apparu comme une lumière qui descend du ciel, avant de prendre une forme triangulaire. Ce qui est très étonnant, c’est que nous avions déjà un cas d’investigation très similaire datant de la même période, à savoir deux mois plus tôt, le 5 mai 2013. La vidéo d’enquête que nous avons fait à l’époque est d’ailleurs une de nos plus populaires et appréciées.

Résumé de l’observation faite par le témoin :
« À ce moment, j’habitais sur la rue du Vieux Moulin à St-Romuald dans la municipalité de Lévis. Il était autour de 22h45 au mois de juillet 2013. Je ne me souviens plus de la date exacte. Le ciel était dégagé. Je suis sorti fumer une cigarette sur mon balcon. Je me suis assis paisiblement en regardant le ciel. Au loin, je voyais une lumière descendre. Ça devenait de plus en plus lumineux. J’ai pensé en premier à un hélicoptère. Ensuite, ça avait l’air en feu. Je croyais qu’un missile avait été lancé. À mon grand étonnement, l’objet a brusquement arrêté sa chute. À ce moment, l’objet devait se trouver au-dessus de la jonction du boulevard Guillaume Couture et du chemin des Iles, à proximité de la raffinerie Valero, soit à environ 1,6 km de mon point d’observation (voir plan plus bas). Tout d’un coup, l’objet a changé complètement de direction et s’est dirigé subitement en direction de mon appartement. Quand j’ai vu ça, je me suis dit: « Merde, c’est soit des militaires ou quelque chose d’autre ! ». J’ai ensuite pensé à un avion furtif mais lorsque l’objet se rapprochait de moi, je pus voir clairement que ce n’était pas un avion ni un hélicoptère ni quelconque engin qui aurait pu être construit par des humains car c’était gigantesque et silencieux.
J’ai vu un gros engin volant en forme de triangle et il a ralenti à une vitesse très basse soit autour de 20 à 30 km/h lorsqu’il se dirigeait dans ma direction. J’ai pu le voir passer de près pendant environ 1 min 30 s tellement il se déplaçait lentement. Je n’ai vu que le dessous de l’ovni. Il était triangulaire de couleur noire, avec 3 lumières de couleur jaune rouge aux extrémités et une au centre qui était blanche. Il était immense. Il devait avoir la dimension d’un terrain de baseball. De plus, il volait très bas. Il devait être à une hauteur équivalente à 2 fois la hauteur d’un poteau de téléphone. L’objet devait se trouver à environ 100 m de mon balcon au plus près pour ensuite se diriger vers la rivière Etchemin pour poursuivre sa route vers Charny. L’ovni ne faisait aucun bruit excepté un son produit par son déplacement dans l’air. »

Autre phénomène observé, juillet 2013 :
Coïncidence ou pas, quelques jours plus tard, une boule en forme de cristal de la même couleur que les lumières rouges de l’ovni est apparue au-dessus de mon lit lorsque je dormais. Elle émettait des pulsations de lumière. Cette sphère m’a réveillé et j’ai passé ma main en-dessous et je me suis rendormi immédiatement.
Depuis que j’ai eu cette observation, je me sens mieux et j’ai un sentiment de bien-être que je n’avais pas auparavant. J’ai l’impression d’apprendre plus rapidement. »

On peut résumer l’observation en 4 parties distinctes :
- Une boule de feu qui descend du ciel.
- Le témoin pense avoir vu une fusée ou un missile.
- Apparition d’un gros flash blanc que le témoin croit être un hélicoptère.
- Apparition de l’immense triangle noir sorti directement d’un roman de science fiction.
Le témoin est très crédible même s’il semble être le seul à avoir vu cet immense ovni triangulaire. J’ai rencontré le témoin en personne et nous avons été sur le lieu de l’observation.
